A BEACON OF LIGHT
A Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols
24th December @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
A traditional service of uplifting readings telling the Christian salvation story, incorporating carols and sacred music performed by the Cathedral Choir.
The Church of England’s theme this year – Follow the Star: Join the Song – highlights how singing can help draw us closer to God and each other through the journey from Advent to Epiphany. If you are thinking of coming to church for the first time, or the first time in a long time, you will be very welcome!
All special services during Advent and Christmas are free to attend, with no booking required.
