£9 – £19Get ready for three fantastic sessions by the North-Shields-based Awesome Silent Discos, responsible for the sell-out ‘Silent Discos on the Beach’ events in Tynemouth.
Family Silent Disco Party, 1-3pm
This family-friendly session welcomes all, including those under 18, for a fantastic afternoon of music and fun. Expect a lively mix of 90s and 00s classics, modern hits, and all-time favourite kids’ party tunes.
Adult Silent Disco Sessions
Session 1: 6:30-9pm
Session 2: 9:30pm until midnight
Experience three DJs ‘battling it out’ across three channels with their offerings of 80s, 90s, and 2000s music.

No matter which session you attend, you’ll be treated to an incredible atmosphere with stunning lighting, festival-style face painters, and a fully stocked bar.
On event days, the Cathedral continues to be a place of worship, as we continue to offer all the usual services. The income generated from events such as this plays a vital role in sustaining the Cathedral for the entire community and supporting our charitable work.
