Due to popular demand, we are pleased to present two festive performances of heartwarming carols and timeless Christmas songs brought to you by our renowned Choir in the stunning candlelit setting of the Cathedral nave. Experience the Choir’s exceptional voices, which enhance services throughout the year, in a memorable seasonal celebration.

Doors will open at 6:45pm for refreshments, with proceeds supporting the Cathedral’s Music department, ensuring the enduring legacy of its rich choral tradition.

You can also purchase the Choir’s latest CD, ‘A Year at Newcastle’, which forms part of Regent Records’ long-running ‘A Year at’ series, in which some of the greatest cathedral choirs present examples of the music sung throughout the year.

Newcastle Cathedral’s 2024 Christmas image is by artist Jim Edwards.
