Living in Love & Faith sessions

13th February @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Sunday, repeating until 27th February 2022

‘Living in Love and Faith’ is the title of a range of resources to help different people across the Church of England engage in conversation around our views on sexuality, gender and relationships. Churches are each being encouraged to gather for five weeks to work together with some of the resources to explore our different convictions further and to learn from one another.

Beginning on Sunday 30 January, five sessions weekly sessions will take place at Newcastle Cathedral. We will gather between 12-2pm in the Education Room, beginning with a light lunch. The sessions will then carry on, each Sunday in February, same time and same place. All are welcome to come and join the conversation, you can come to as many or as few of the sessions as you like or feel able. For some of us these may be intensely personal and/or difficult conversations to have. The course is designed to help navigate what may be difficult, but please be assured that there will be support at the sessions, beforehand and afterwards should you find that helpful.
