Mindfulness can help us enjoy life more and understand ourselves better. Join us in the Cathedral’s medieval Crypt Chapel for guided meditation led by the Revd Jon Canessa.
Mindfulness meditation involves sitting silently and paying attention to thoughts, sounds, the sensations of breathing or parts of the body, bringing your attention back whenever the mind starts to wander.
These free sessions are being offered as part of the Cathedral’s ‘Wellbeing & Discovery’ season.
