An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until 6th April 2022
This year’s Newcastle Cathedral Lent groups, entitled ‘Radical Welcome, the Church and Me’, will take place in-person and online, with attendees able to choose which sessions they attend.
Each week, one of the Cathedral clergy will help us to explore a different theme or life circumstance which might challenge us in the welcome and inclusion we extend as Christian people, both in the Church and in our own lives. Themes will include addiction and recovery, disability, children and young people, culture wars, wealth, and class.
The same session will run at two different times each week for five weeks, Wednesdays at 7:30pm via Zoom and Thursdays at 11am in Room 4 of Cathedral House.
