Book via the London Concertante website

London Concertante brings Vivaldi’s masterpiece to life in a wonderful concert featuring gems of baroque music.

Timings
6:45pm – Doors open
7:30pm – Concert begins
Duration 2 hours

Programme
Mozart – Marriage of Figaro Overture
Vaughan-Williams – The Lark Ascending
Vivaldi – The Four Seasons

This concert features Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, a jewel of the composer’s extraordinary ability to illustrate moods as diverse and contrary as violent winds or birdsong, fox hunts and drunken stumbles!

This will be combined with one of the most beautiful pieces for the violin, Vaughan-Williams’ transcendental The Lark Ascending, which takes you on a journey to the heights of poetic nature’s landscapes. This promises to be a stunning concert celebrating the virtuosity of the violin in all its forms.

Please direct all ticketing enquiries about this concert via London Concertante’s website.

Please note: This event is arranged by an external company, and booking fees may apply.

Guest concerts like this welcome new audiences to the Cathedral and help us raise funds to pay for its upkeep, continue our charitable work and keep our doors open for all.
