Pride Month, celebrated every June, is a vibrant and inclusive occasion that honours the LGBTQ+ community, their history, achievements, and ongoing struggle for equality.
At Newcastle Cathedral, we recognise the importance of the Pride movement and its positive impact on our cultural heritage. This returning exhibition explores the connection between language and identity.
On Thursday 5 July at 7pm, the North East’s largest and longest-running LGBTQ+ community choir, Northern Proud Voices, will present a joyous evening of pop/rock tunes at the Cathedral. Click below to find out more.
