DESCRIPTION:The Late Shows\, an award-winning free after-hours culture crawl\, will return to Newcastle’s Ouseburn Valley on Friday 8 May\, and to venues across Ouseburn Valley\, Gateshead\, and central Newcastle on Saturday 9 May 2026. \nThis year\, you can step into the stories of the past with a fascinating tour through the Cathedral churchyard. Was Queen Victoria truly unamused by her visits to Newcastle? Why does a ‘Vampire Rabbit’ overlook the Cathedral? And are the legends true that a pirate is buried in the Cathedral grounds? \nDelve into these mysteries on this fun-filled mini-tour\, which lasts approximately 20 minutes.
