DESCRIPTION:Royal Northern Sinfonia and their Artistic Partner Maria Włoszczowska return to Newcastle Cathedral with the ultimate summer evening soundtrack. \nThree centuries after they were composed\, Antonio Vivaldi’s ‘The Four Seasons’ sounds as fresh and tuneful as ever – the birdsong of Spring\, the downpours of Summer\, the celebrations of Autumn\, and the icy shiver of Winter. \nAlso on the set list are lively\, dazzling dances by Sándor Veress\, Edvard Grieg and Nikos Skalkottas. \nPlease note: \n\nAn external organisation hosts this concert\, and booking fees may apply.\nTicket queries should be directed via The Glasshouse website.\nFor wheelchair/access bookings\, please visit The Glasshouse website for instructions on how to register to join their Access Scheme or phone the Box Office on 0191 443 4661.\n\nEvents like this help raise funds to maintain this beautiful cathedral\, continue our charitable work and keep our doors open for all.
