Join Amy Rutherford, a studio potter based near Newcastle, for a series of classes and workshops.

Fancy enjoying your tea or coffee from your very own handmade mug? In this relaxed and informal workshop, you’ll craft your very own pair of ceramic mugs from scratch and personalise them to your liking. This workshop is perfect for complete beginners as well as those with some experience in working with clay. Whether you come with loads of ideas or need some creative inspiration, you’ll get all the help you need to create something brilliant!

Please note:

  • The workshop is held in an upstairs room overlooking the Cathedral Refectory. This space is fully accessible.
