One of Europe’s most successful female-led early music and folk ensembles will captivate listeners with rich, ethereal harmonies and a variety of ancient and forgotten languages.
The renowned classical chart-topping choir was founded in 1996 by Katharine Blake and has garnered success with 10 albums, an Ivor Novella Award for ‘The Virgin Queen’, two Emmy nominations, and a Royal Television Society award for the ‘Victoria’ theme. Their haunting vocals have graced venues worldwide, from castles to Glastonbury, and they’ve performed with Jools Holland at the Royal Albert Hall and many more.
For their 30th anniversary tour, they will be playing myriad songs from their latest album ‘The Spinning Wheel’ alongside old favourites to celebrate three glorious decades.
