Join Newcastle City Guides for a one-hour mystery winter warmer walk, beginning and ending at Newcastle Cathedral. After your journey through the city’s hidden stories, return to the Cathedral for a complimentary hot drink and mince pie — a perfect way to warm up!

Led by a group of passionate, well-trained volunteers, Newcastle City Guides are dedicated to sharing the rich history, heritage and culture of our city. Their engaging tours explore the heart of Newcastle, as well as the surrounding areas like Heaton, Jesmond, Gateshead and Tynemouth.

Important Information:

  • Pre-booking via Eventbrite is essential.
  • Newcastle Cathedral will be open on Friday 27 December from 8:30am until 1pm.
  • Please note that Newcastle City Guides 2024 season tickets are not valid for this tour.
