Stories of Sanctuary Songwriting Sessions

FREEEveryone is welcome to join these fun and free songwriting sessions, especially those who are seeking sanctuary or who consider the Cathedral a place of sanctuary. The sessions will be led by Sam Slatcher from Citizen Songwriters, with special guest Sean Cooney from The Young’uns at two of the sessions.
You can join these sessions for all six weeks or partway through. Upon emailing, you will receive directions to the sessions’ location, which take place after the Cathedral’s standard opening times.

These sessions are facilitated by Citizen Songwriters and made possible with the support of The Arts Society Tyneside. They will culminate in a ‘Stories of Sanctuary’ concert, which participants are invited to attend or perform in (see below).
