Volunteers’ Week Recruitment and Awareness Fair
2nd June @ 10:00 am - 1:30 pm
FREEConnected Voice, Newcastle Cathedral and Volunteer Centre Newcastle invite local charities to book a place at our Volunteers’ Week 2026 Recruitment and Awareness Fair.
The event will be open to anyone interested in volunteering, offering a chance to find out more about the incredible work you do.
Set-up will take place from 9am, followed by a Volunteers’ Celebration Service at 2pm, open to all your volunteers and those who access your services (refreshments will be served afterwards, with more details to follow).
This year’s theme is ‘Inspire’– a perfect opportunity to celebrate the incredible contribution of your current volunteers while inspiring the next wave of people to get involved.
If your charity would like to take part, please note that spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
