Cathedral Safeguarding Officer

The post-holder will work to champion and maintain awareness and understanding of the safeguarding of all people across the different aspects of the Cathedral’s life and work, actively promoting and advancing a culture of safeguarding being of paramount importance and everybody’s responsibility, monitoring and managing risk, and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and practice guidance.
Contract: The post is offered on a permanent basis, with an average of 15 hours worked per week (780 hours per annum on annualised contract).
Salary: £14,700 per annum (FTE is £36,750).
