Front of House Assistant

Reporting to: Commercial Enterprises Manager
Hours of work: 22.5 hours per week
Salary: £21,762 (annual increment may apply). Full time equivalent is £27,202
This post is offered as a part-time fixed-year contract for 1 year and 6 months and is subject to a three-month probationary period

We are seeking a passionate, people-focused Front of House Assistant who is agile, professional, and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing a ‘Radical Welcome’ while supporting the Cathedral’s sustainability through exceptional visitor experience.

The post holder must be in sympathy with the aims and ethos of the Church of England and must also fully support the values of Newcastle Cathedral.

We strive to be a caring community that provides a loving environment where victims can report or disclose abuse safely and where they will find support and best practices that contribute to the prevention of abuse.
